All Ability

FCA All Abilities comes alongside coaches, athletes, partners, teams, and families to encourage character and faith to the world of sports for the All Ability Community.

Our desire is to communicate to each All Ability Athlete and their family what a great purpose and plan God has for each one of them.

Upcoming All Abilities Camp

FCA is continuing to expand opportunities for every coach and athlete to experience the Gospel through its growing All Abilities ministry. This environment creates space for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities to be seen, valued, and encouraged in their faith.

Plans are underway for an All Abilities Camp this September in Eastern Iowa. More details will be shared soon, and we invite you to be praying for the impact this new opportunity will have in our community.

Meet The Staff

Heather McDonald

Heather McDonald is a wife of 17 years to Luke and a mom of three, living a full life centered around family, community, and faith. After stepping away from a 15+ year career in 2024, Heather felt God leading her into a new season of ministry through FCA, something that has long been part of her family’s story.

Now serving as an Eastern Iowa FCA Field Ambassador, she is passionate about the growing All Abilities ministry, helping ensure every coach and athlete of all abilities knows they are created with purpose and deeply loved by God.
